I was licensed as a cosmetologist in Pennsylvania in 1984.  I have worked in several salons and also worked for Adrien Arpel Cosmetics as an esthetician and make-up artist. Since then, I have gotten married and have 2 children.  As a parent to my daughters, my first priority is the quality time we can spend together and this is my full time job.  I choose to freelance so I have a good balance of what I love to do and whom I love to spend my time.

I am also certified in airbrush make-up. This is a technique that is popular among the celebrities and now is starting to be seen for the everyday woman in addition to the use in HDTV.  A flawless look in minutes!  With airbrush you can also do body painting, special effects, and textures.

I currently work with models and photographers to achieve the best looks for their project. I work closely during the shoot to ensure the model looks her/his best. 

 

I also help the photographer with posing and general styling during the shoot. I look for the smaller details the photographer cannot see through his/her lens.  I will help anywhere necessary to keep the momentum going. I have been known to be pretty handy with a reflector.   I have assisted in various workshops across the United States and my work can also be seen on ZugaPhoto.tv
